“Was a 1980’s Sex Crimes Probe of Michael Jackson Derailed by White House?”
Since the two recent documentaries addressing celebrities and child sexual abuse, “Surviving R. Kelly” and “Leaving Neverland” aired, it seems that old allegations are simply being rehashed by networks in 2019.
Both R. Kelly & Michael Jackson have been accused in the media of sexual misconduct involving juveniles going back to the 1990’s. So, it seems as though Lifetime & HBO may be recycling salacious claims from over two-decades ago in their series.
Now, the London-based “Daily Mail” Newspaper is getting in on the act too and has unearthed an unsubstantiated allegation that Jackson molested “two Mexican boys between 1985 and 1986,” the report states.
The British newspaper has a redacted FBI document, dated December 28, 1993, which was released by the bureau after Jackson’s death.
The document reads that an unnamed author researching a book about Jackson discovered the alleged sexual abuse claims and reported it to the Los Angeles Police Department. The LAPD informed the FBI field office but no action was taken due to Jackson having received the Presidential Public Safety Commendation award from President Ronald Reagan in 1984. Unfortunately, all names have been redacted from the document except Jackson’s.
