"Is this a Pic of a Real Ghost at a House in NOLA?"

Could it be real? Could the ghostly figure in this pic be a genuine spirit? This photo has been circulated on social media and was supposedly taken recently at a house in New Orleans. Some Facebook users believe it is an actual apparition, especially given New Orleans' haunted history. While others think that it is a forgery and the pic has been altered with the help of Photoshop or a smart phone app like "Ghost Cam" or "Ghost Lens."
